Between the Covid 19 Pandemic, the supply chain issues, the drought, hyper inflation, limited availability of workers, and general economic uncertainty we have all had to endure some very significant and disruptive life events. These challenges have caused major disruptions to nearly every business. We have seen several of our direct competitors close down or significantly curtail and slow down their operations. Our Company has had to adapt in many ways to survive. We continue to make changes nearly every day so we can remain the leader in our industry. Sometimes these disruptions may impact our ability to execute everything according to our own high standards. But we ask for your continued patience with us and our workers.
